5.3.\u00a0Conditions de paiement<\/b> :<\/span> Le paiement est exigible \u00e0 la commande. Le client peut r\u00e9gler par carte bancaire, virement, ou tout autre moyen accept\u00e9 par M.Systems. Tout retard de paiement, sous quelque forme qu\u2019il soit intervenu (\u00e0 r\u00e9ception de facture, par effet de commerce, etc.), \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance entraine de plein droit et sans mise en demeure pr\u00e9alable l\u2019application de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s de 2 % par mois, auxquelles s\u2019ajouteront les frais de recouvrement d\u2019un montant forfaitaire de 40 \u20ac. La pr\u00e9sente clause valant clause p\u00e9nale en tant que de besoin, ladite indemnit\u00e9 ne comprenant pas frais et d\u00e9pense de justice taxables ainsi qu\u2019autres indemnit\u00e9s le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant allou\u00e9es par la juridiction \u00e9ventuellement saisie. 5.4. Acompte <\/b>:<\/span> Lors de la commande, le client peut \u00eatre tenu de verser un acompte correspondant \u00e0 un pourcentage du montant total de la commande. Le montant de cet acompte sera pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 au moment de la commande. Le solde sera payable \u00e0 la livraison ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la prestation de service.

\u2022Si l’annulation intervient avant le d\u00e9but de l’ex\u00e9cution de la prestation de service ou la livraison du mat\u00e9riel, M.Systems conservera l’acompte vers\u00e9 par le client \u00e0 titre de d\u00e9dommagement.
\u2022Si l’annulation intervient apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l’ex\u00e9cution de la prestation de service ou la livraison du mat\u00e9riel, M.Systems facturera au client les co\u00fbts engag\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 la date de r\u00e9ception de la demande d’annulation, d\u00e9duction faite de l’acompte d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9.
2. Annulation par M.Systems <\/b>:<\/span>
M.Systems se r\u00e9serve le droit d’annuler toute commande en cas de non-paiement de l’acompte, de force majeure, ou d’indisponibilit\u00e9 du produit ou service.
